Terms of Service

1 · Acceptance

By accessing the Rooted OS platform, any ORT dashboard, or oliveroottech.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Olive Root Tech ("ORT", "we", "us").

2 · Use of the Service

Access is licensed, not sold. You may use the Service only for your organization's authorized operations and only within the tenant partition assigned to you. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or replicate the Service or its dashboards.

3 · Trade Dress & Brand Identity ORT Proprietary

The distinctive look, feel, and brand identity of the Service constitute the proprietary trade dress of Olive Root Tech and are protected under applicable trademark, copyright, and unfair-competition law. This trade dress includes, without limitation:

The "Gladiator" loading animation — the animated olive-hauling truck sequence, its motion/terrain/dust design, truck artwork, and "LOADING ROOTED OS" presentation;
The ORT olive-branch mark — the horizontal diagonal branch with paired almond leaves (#639922 / #3B6A3B) and amber olives (#EF9F27) on a bark stroke (#2A5130);
The forest-green visual system — the #1C2B1A deep-forest theme together with the ORT earth-tone palette (olive, leaf, amber, coyote tan, cream);
The "Rooted OS" wordmark and associated naming, iconography, and dashboard layout system.

No license, right, title, or interest in any of the foregoing is granted to any user, partner, or evaluator. You may not copy, imitate, screen-record, extract assets from, adapt, or create works confusingly similar to ORT's trade dress without ORT's prior written consent.

4 · Intellectual Property

All software, code, content, designs, and data structures of the Service are owned exclusively by ORT and protected by intellectual property law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5 · Data & Tenant Isolation

Each organization's data is isolated to its own tenant partition. ORT does not commingle tenant data. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of data you enter, including any data concerning minors, which is subject to applicable privacy law (e.g., FERPA / COPPA where relevant).

6 · Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
